Vappy just frowned, but decided they were probably right. She flicked her tail for the others to follow, and walked onward. Julia stared back down at her map, concentrating hard.
She blinked, her heart sinking. The room they had made their way into was...
"Monster house," She mewed, her tail quivering.
Vappy turned to look at Julia questioningly, but just as she did, she was blasted by a wave of fire, knocking her against a wall. A magmar stomped forward, using his fire blast once more.

Eme screamed in fear and used razor leaf on the magmar, which it did nothing. The fear striken leafeon fled behind Chase, who quickly flew up and grabbed Eme to avoid the fire blast about to hit them.

Vappy, still stunned by the blow, slid down the rocky wall slowly. Julia grimaced, trying to find a spot to hide. Vappy was the only one who was super effective against the tower's fire and rock type pokemon, and now she was already down, for now.
Julia dashed quickly over to her to give her a cheri berry she'd found in the floor below.

Vappy quickly got up, stumbling a bit. "Oof...."

Chase lifted his arms into the air and they began to glow, using metronome he randomly used Bubble. Chase looked at the bubbles as they popped hitting the magmar, didnt do much. Chase looked annoyed and said "Crap.." he quickly jumped into the air to avoid another fire blast.
Eme had ran off, she found somewhere to hide for now.

Vappy shook her head, and glared wildly at the sneaky magmar, and lunged forward.
"'Aight, if that's how ya wanna play, then I think I'll join in!" Vap yowled. "Hydro pump!"
An enormous blast of harsh water shot toward the surprised pokemon, who was thrown back so hard, he fell down the whole previously made by Chase.

Chase's wings flapped slowly as he looked at Vap from in the air, he said "Well, that worked quite nicely if I do say so."

Julia sighed with relief, but then quickly ducked. "That's not all- it's a monter house!"

"Ah, that ain't nothing on me!" Vap sneered, twisting around to give a charging magacargo a quick slap of her Aqua Tail.

Chase used metronome yet again, his hands glowing, the move randomly selecting itself, Chase shouted "Hypnosis!!" A hypnotic ray of light escaped his eyes and suddenly the oncoming slugma army fell asleep.

Vap was busy using her ice beam repetitively on the charging magacargos and magmars, while Julia grabbed a couple blast seeds to bite into, and let explode in the faces of slugmas and rapidashes.

"Dude! this is crazy! And we're only on the second floor!" Chase said as he flew down using sky uppercut on one of the dashing ponyta. Just as Chase knocked the ponyta down and he watched it flee, he was bit and held in the jaws of a giant mightyena, Chase struggled and shouted "Where'd this thing come from?! I thought it was only fire and ground types!!" [Last time I played a mystery dungeon game dark types were always around the firey places o3o]

"Like I said, this place is a high level situation, anything can happen," Julia mewed as she snatched another blast seed. "Dark types, ground types, and fire types are common in similar places."

Chase struggled to get away from the mightyena "Well, if I could ask...HELP!?" He pushed his small hands agianst the mightyena's muzzle in which refused to ket him go.

[Btw, if I take a while to reply, its cause I'm working on a South Park picture :3 I've bee working on it for maybe the past 3 hours xD But I've been taking a lot of breaks o3o]

Vappy immediately slammed her burst of water against the mightyena, who released Chasem and stumbled to the ground. Vap nudged Chase up hurriedly. "C'mon! There's a ton of others we need to take care of!"

Chase quickly jumped up, flying into the air, he used sky uppercut many times on the on coming army, while in the middle of using a metronome, he asked "How much longer of this?!"

"Shouldn't be much more," Vappy growled after using her Shadow Ball on a group of slugmas, knocking them down in one strike.
"Score!" Vap yelled, laughing as she pranced around. Julia rolled her eyes, and finished off a magacargo with her Double-Slap.

Once again bubbles flew from Chase's mouth, he growled "Crap.."

Eme came out of her hiding place, she asked "Are they gone?"

After a long pause of silence, Julia let a long huff out as she panted from exhaustion. "Yeah... I think so."

"Good riddance," Vappy spat, not breaking a sweat, but still, a sharp pain stung her side from a mightyena's slash. She grimaced. Her usually cheery appearance was plagued with pain. "They have a lot of nerve...."

Chase flew closer to the ground, he asked "Is everyone ok?"

Eme looked at him and mewed "Well, I'm fine. I ran." She laughed.

Julia nodded, still panting. Vappy glowered at the fainted pokemon, not moving a muscle. "Just peachy."

Chase nodded, he said "Let's keep moving." he continued along the path, Eme and the rest following.

Julia, still surprised by the attack, idly tried to calm herself down by examining the map. Vappy padded quietly after the others, deciding it'd be best she took the rear of the group, incase of an ambush.

Eme skipped happily along, she looked around at everything, from tiny spiders to pebbles, she groaned "How much lonnngggerrr...My feet are tirreeeddd..."

"Oh, hush," Vappy snapped, stomping ahead of the group. "Why do you always whine so much?" She muttered.
Julia looked up to stare at Vappy in surprise. What was that all about?

"Me? Whining?" Eme growled "Excuse me for being a grass type in a place full of fire types! I wanna hurry up and get to a safe place!" her ears layed on her skull ans she bared her teeth as she continued walking.

Chase slapped his face and he growled to himself.
